Email signatures

Find your name, click Copy signature, paste into Gmail. Takes about a minute.

  1. Click Copy signature under your name. Use this button, not Gmail's insert-image tool, so the size comes through right.
  2. In Gmail, click the gear icon, then See all settings. Scroll down to Signature and click Create new. Name it anything and paste into the box.
  3. Under Signature defaults, choose it for new emails and for replies/forwards.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
